MOSH Gives Back

A portion of MOSH’s proceeds will be donated to WAM at Cleveland Clinic to fund gender-based Alzheimer’s research.

“Net Sales” shall mean 1% of the sale price received by MOSH for its products, whether sold directly to its customers, through wholesale accounts (based on the Net Wholesale Price received by MOSH), or on MOSH’s website or other digital platforms, net of any discounts, returns, sales tax or VAT (if applicable), and excluding any shipping charges. For products sold through retail stores, the donation will be calculated based on MOSH’s Net Wholesale Price, not the final retail price paid by customers. “Net Wholesale Price” shall mean the gross wholesale price received by MOSH net of all chargebacks or other deductions. The donation amount will be donated by MOSH to WAM at Cleveland Clinic to fund gender-based Alzheimer’s research from October 1, 2024 and end on December 31, 2026.
