MOSH High Protein contains 20g of protein per bar and includes creatine as part of our Signature Brain Blend. Our other MOSH bars contain 11–13g of protein and do not include creatine. Both product lines are designed to support convenient, on-the-go nutrition, giving customers options depending on their protein preferences and daily routine.

MOSH created the High Protein line because our community asked for more - more protein, more function, more versatility.
