MOSH
Hi Bonnie, That's exciting to hear! Thanks for your review. We can't wait for you to try each flavors of our Mosh bars and we know you'll surely love it! 😊
I have been eating MOSH Bars every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a little over a year — every other day as I stretch a monthly subscription box over four weeks. The bars are pricy, but worth every penny!!! In Jan. 2021 I “failed” my basic memory exercise at my annual physical. This convinced me to try the bars, as well as being a subscriber of Maria Schriver’s “The Sunday Paper.” This year, I “passed” my memory exercise and can still remember the 3-word test! I attribute this success to MOSH! Thank you!!!
The flavor of this bar is delicious!! I love the texture with the chocolate chips, it tastes like a guilty dessert but it’s Mosh! Thank you Mosh for changing the way I view protein bars!!
This bar satisfies my craving for sweets in the afternoon, and leaves me feeling full and satisfied until dinner! Plus it doesn't make my stomach do somersaults like eating regular raw cookie dough, which I know I shouldn't do but sometimes you just can't help it.

Yes, all MOSH protein bars are rigorously tested to ensure they are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free and Kosher.
Yes, MOSH protein bars are keto-friendly, low in net carbs and include zero added sugar... Net Carb Calculation: 18g Total Carbs - 4g Fiber - 2g Vegetable Glycerine - 9g Allulose = 2g Net Carbs. When calculating net carbs, allulose is subtracted from total carbohydrates because it is not metabolized and therefore causes no increase in blood glucose or blood insulin levels (International Food Information Council).
Allulose is a rare natural sweetener found in nature —like in raisins and figs. It provides the sensory experience of sugar—the taste, texture and mouthfeel—without the calories! Allulose is keto-friendly and safe for diabetics as it doesn’t increase blood glucose or insulin levels.
MOSH grass-fed protein blend is certified as “Truly Grass Fed”, a program designed to promote standardization and transparency for consumers looking for high-quality, environmentally sustainable, and humanely sourced products. The “Truly Grass Fed” program’s stamp of approval means cows must receive 95 percent of their nutritional feed from grass, no rBST (growth hormone) can be used, the milk must be Non-GMO Project Verified, cows are grazed on grasslands for up to 300 days a year and housed for the remainder for animal welfare purposes Only products that contain milk or a milk-derived ingredient that meets these standards can make a Truly Grass Fed claim and use the seal.
The Women's Alzheimer's Movement (WAM) is the preeminent organization focused exclusively on women and Alzheimer’s. WAM was created to raise awareness around Alzheimer’s as a disease that discriminates against women, since two out of every three brains that develop Alzheimer’s belong to women–with women of color at even higher risk– and 2 out of 3 caregivers of all races and ethnicities being women as well. Until 10 years ago, the conventional thinking was that the higher incidence of Alzheimer’s in women simply reflected the fact that women tend to outlive men.
That narrative was disrupted back in 2010, when WAM founder Maria Shriver partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association on a ground-breaking report challenging the assumption that age alone accounted for the higher number of women with Alzheimer’s. Ever since that seminal Shriver Report: A Woman’s Nation Takes on Alzheimer’s, WAM and Shriver have taken every opportunity to highlight the disproportionate and particular impact of Alzheimer’s on women.
WAM's mission is to discover why Alzheimer’s discriminates against women and communities of color and to prepare women and their families for the impact of Alzheimer’s by providing them with information and tools to help prevent the disease.
WAM envisions a future in which Alzheimer’s will no longer destroy the lives of women and their families. WAM works to change the future for women and Alzheimer’s by focusing on the four pillars: research, education, advocacy and clinical care.
WAM funds critical gender based research to advance our knowledge of how Alzheimer’s affects women, educates the public about Alzheimer’s through summits, national polls, reports and educational guides.
WAM advocates at all levels of government for policies, increased funding and other social, political and economic changes that will move the needle on Alzheimer’s.
WAM provides on the ground services to give women the medical guidance they need to reduce their risk for developing the disease.
We recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding women contact their healthcare practitioner prior to consuming MOSH to ascertain whether consumption is safe.
We recommend to keep out of reach of children and consult your pediatrician prior to giving MOSH to a minor.
